How do I add an Individual to my Case?

Add Individual

To add an Individual, click Add Individual on the left side of your screen.

The Add Individual window will open and you must enter the Individual Type. The Last Name, First Name, demographic information, and Address information can also be entered, when known.

Your Individual can be related to current case Crime Scene(s), Investigation(s), Subpoena(s), Request(s), or Offense(s) by clicking on the appropriate icon (1) and then selecting the item to relate. Click OK when done.

Once you have finished entering your Individual information, click Save to save and close, Save and Add Another to add another Individual, Clear to clear the form and start over, or Cancel to cancel your entry.

Edit, Delete, Add Attachments

Once your Individual has been added, you may Edit or Delete the Individual by clicking the appropriate icon in the grid. If related entities were selected, you can view current relationships by clicking on the View Mapping icon. Clicking on the paper clip icon will open the Add Attachments dialogue where you can upload images related to your Individual (see How Do I Add Attachments to a Case).
