When you attempt to add items to a request for evidence transfer (RFET) they may already be apart of an existing RFET. The user will see a message that the item(s) are already included in another request. Starting in ChainLinx v1.0.25, you can now easily resolve the conflict.
From the list of items included on the RFET, click one of the option icons next to the item to resolve the conflict.
1. Process Request
2. Remove Item from Request
3. Remove Item from Current Request
By clicking the Process Request icon next to an item, you will be given the opportunity to process the request for evidence transfer on which that item currently appears. Click OK to process that RFET or Cancel to go back to the item list.
If you want to remove the item from the already existing request for evidence transfer, click the Remove Item from Request icon next to the item. Click OK to verify the removal or Cancel to go back to the item list.
If you want the item to remain on the original request for evidence transfer and do not want to include it on the one with which you are currently working, click the Remove Item from Current Transfer icon. Click OK to verify the removal or Cancel to go back to the item list.
