How Do I Reset My iPreLog Password?

If you're an agency representative that uses iPreLog and you forgot your password, you can reset your password.

Starting the Password Reset Process

If you forget your password, click the Forgot your password? link on the iPreLog main screen.

Confirm Your Login

Re-enter your login name and click Continue.

Answer the Hint Question

Answer the hint question with one word and click Continue.

Set a New Password

Enter a new password twice and click Submit.

Password Change Confirmation

Once the password change is successful, login using your login name and new password.
