A user has a new Windows 7 64-bit machine and the installer for LIMS-plus v3.7.23 is not registering JTVBEncr.dll.

The installation of this dll is sometimes troublesome under Windows 7 64-bit but the issue has been corrected in LIMS-plus v3.7.24. To manually register the dll if the installer will not complete the task on a 64-bit PC, do the following:

Put JTVBEncr.dll in the c:\Windows\SysWOW64\
Run the command from the Run box: %WINDIR%\SysWOW64\regsvr32 c:\windows\syswow64\JTVBEncr.dll

This should register JTVBEncr.dll which is a 32 bit dll on the 64 bit machine.
