How do I view or edit details about a request?

You may have the ability* to view details of a request beyond what is shown in the grid. Additionally, if the lab chooses to turn on the functionality, you will be able to send the lab edits to these details. These edits can include:
Canceling a request, or marking it pending.
Changing the Complexity or Reason of the request.
Adding additional notes to a request.
Complete a Search
Complete a search to obtain one or more search results.
To view or edit details of a request, click the View Details link for the request.
Add a comment
